How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking Track on the My Orders page.

Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details on e-mail and SMS.

Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via SMS.

Already paid for order, but no confirmation?

If you have already paid for your order, please wait for at least 30 minutes till the system gets updated.

Even after 30 minutes if your order status shows pending payment, failed or cancelled please send us an email at [email protected], we will get it checked.

I want to modify my order.

If you need to modify your order shipping address, phone number or pin code, please submit a request using this form ASAP.

Orders marked shipped cannot be modified.

Please note that, you cannot cancel the order, once placed.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, it will take 5 working days or less to ship your order.

In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.

When will I get my order delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, your order will be delivered to you within 2-7 working days depending upon your location.

In metro cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and more, you can expect it to be delivered within 2-3 working days once shipped.

My order status shows delivered, but I have not yet received it

Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.

If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbor/security guard, if not please check with the reception.

If you think that isn’t the case, please reach out to us.

How do I cancel my delivery?

Unfortunately if you had to cancel your delivery, you may reject the delivery.

Once the order will be returned to us, we will be deducting shipping fee + re-stocking fee @ 25% of the order value as we have no cancellation policy.

How do I return my product?

We only accept returns if the product displayed is significantly different from its description or non working product received.

To raise a return request, please email us at [email protected] and our team will get back to you within 48 hours, please raise a request within 3 days of the order delivery, post that we will not be able to help you.

Please note that we currently do not have any pickup facility yet, so you will have to send us back the parcel using Registered Post by India post, we will reimburse the shipping charges paid by you and a free gift.
