Most orders will be shipped within 2 working days, but if you have ordered a product with pre-order tag, it will be shipped within 15-20 working days.

If your order status shows shipped, unfortunately we will be not able to change the shipping address.
Yes, if you have ordered multiple product order, it will all be shipped in one package.
If your order status shows on-hold, our system might have placed your order on-hold because of an error in your address details like pincode, phone number or email.
In this case we request you to immediately contact our support email@example.com to get your order corrected and shipped.

We have 5 easy return policy, as long as the product is in unused condition.
